Your booking information

Cabs4Cause uses the details you provide to respond to enquiries and arrange rides. Online booking uses Google sign-in and Supabase to manage accounts and bookings. Assigned drivers and authorised administrators can access information needed to handle a ride. Driver location is used for cab availability and active-trip tracking.

For WhatsApp enquiries, you review your trip details before opening WhatsApp. The message is shared with WhatsApp when you continue, and reaches Cabs4Cause when you send it. Telephone and WhatsApp services have their own privacy policies.

Optional website measurement

If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics measures visits, campaign sources, device/browser information and actions such as phone-button clicks, opening a booking form, continuing to WhatsApp and submitting an online request. These actions do not prove that a call connected, a WhatsApp message was sent or a ride was confirmed.

We do not intentionally send your name, email, phone number, exact pickup/drop locations, booking notes, login tokens or WhatsApp message contents to Analytics. We use limited event information and campaign identifiers to understand which advertising and pages lead to enquiries. Google processes measurement information according to its own policies; see how Google uses information from partner sites.

Your choice

Analytics is optional and starts only after you allow it. Choose “No thanks” to use the site without Analytics. You can revisit “Cookie choices” at the bottom of any page. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops future Analytics collection on this site; it does not remove previously collected reports. Browser storage needed for sign-in and your privacy choice works separately.
